Training Registration Cancellation & Transfer Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your registration up to 10 working days before the class start date.
Cancellations less than 10 working days from the class start date will result in a charge of 50% of the registration fee. If you fail to attend you will be billed the full amount for the class. If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to another person, you may do so for that class. Cancellations or substitutes must be specified in writing; email or facsimile is acceptable.
Training Class Cancellation Policy
Mincom, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any class 10 working days before the class start date. If Mincom, Inc. cancels a class, the registration fee will be refunded in full, or applied towards another class. Online registrations paid by credit card will be credited the full amount within 5 business days. Mincom, Inc. cannot be responsible for any costs incurred if a class is cancelled.
