If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect. Specific Terms of User for use of Software
Any software that is made available for download from this web site ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Mincom and/or its suppliers. Any use of Software and accompanying documentation, which you download from the web site, is subject to the terms of the Software License Agreement between you and Mincom and which accompanies or is included with the Software.
