2007 Mincom Connect Award
The 2007 Mincom Connect Award - Gateway to the USA will recognise Queensland small ICT organisations. This inaugural event will build on the success of other state initiatives in promoting the Queensland ICT sector to a global audience.
Mincom with the support of the Queensland Government is seeking entries to its inaugural 2007 Mincom Connect Award - Gateway to the USA. The Award offers all Queensland small organisations involved in the ICT sector to present their technology and be selected for the opportunity to break into the US market.
The Queensland Government recognises the valuable contributions that the ICT industry delivers to Queensland's thriving business environment. Mincom has been fortunate since it's beginnings in 1979 as a small ICT company, to access and benefit from the Queensland Government and through that support has grown to become Australia's largest commercial software company.
Small ICT organisations in Queensland are succeeding and looking for ways to innovate, grow and develop their business internationally. Mincom's innovation and export success has assisted it to have a strong presence within the North American ICT market with offices located in Denver, Colorado.
The recipient of the 2007 Mincom Connect Award will benefit from Mincom's presence in the USA to promote their technologies to potential partners, customers and investors within this region.
