Project Manager

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Project Manager in our sunny Brisbane headquarters. This position will ensure assigned projects are completed within agreed delivery time frames and resource constraints.

For more than 25 years, Mincom has been providing world-class enterprise resource planning and asset management software solutions to organizations that manage and operate complex capital infrastructure.

Some of the areas covered in this role are:

To achieve delivery of profitable projects on time and on budget
Preparation of project schedules and monitoring of project progress and risk.
Monitoring of work and task deliverables of all relevant resources.
To build positive customer relationships including at the senior levels of customer organisations and achieve customer satisfaction
To actively pursue revenue generating opportunities outside the agreed scope
To provide financial and status reports of projects to Field Operations Management

Experience required for this position:

Minimum 5 years consulting industry experience including experience in project environment and or management
Industry experience with consulting disciplines a distinct advantage
Industry experience in managing ERP implementations and upgrades a distinct advantage
Ability to plan, schedule and monitor complex implementation activities to meet agreed deadlines

This position will also be covering aspects such as:

Resource Management
Risk Management
3rd Party and vendor management
Conflict resolution
Customer expectation management
Project financial management
Internal and external relationship management
