How to Apply

We appreciate your interest in employment opportunities at Mincom.

At Mincom endeavour to select the best person to join our company in an optimal timeframe but ask for your patience as we work through our recruitment process.

If you selected for an interview, we will contact you within a two-week period. However, if you are not selected for an interview this time round, we will keep your application and details on file for three months and if a suitable opportunity arises during that time, we will be in contact with you.

Online - This is our preferred method and is also the most expeditious means for us to receive and process your application. You will be asked to provide some general contact details, including the Reference Code for the position for which you wish to apply, and to attach a copy of your resume in Word or text format.
