Mincom invests millions of dollars each year in research and development with more than ten percent of the organization employed in development roles. The company is committed to the continued development of solutions that help to improve our customers' business.

Customer Joint Development
Mincom's solution offering develops and expands according to the changing business processes and models of our customers. Mincom works in close collaboration with our customers to continually develop our solutions, driving further efficiencies out of our customers' businesses in an increasingly competitive environment.
Government and Industry Research
Mincom is heavily involved in a number of industry and government research consortiums including two of the Australian Government supported Cooperative Research Centers (CRC). These are:
Partner Research Capability
Mincom also collaborates with many of its partners to improve the quality of solutions delivered to customers. Working with industry leaders such as IBM and Sun, Mincom co-develops solutions, conducts benchmarking and capacity projects, and publishes the results of industry studies.
